How much does it cost to use the GCX platform?
There are no sign-up fees, no listing fees, and no hidden costs for licensed participants. GCX charges a commission-based platform fee when a connection made through the platform results in a completed transaction between licensed parties. Non-licensed, view-only users can access market screens, data services, and monthly reports through a low-cost monthly subscription.
Am I bound to GCX if I become a member?
No. GCX does not require exclusivity. We understand that operators use multiple channels to market and sell their products. We simply ask that members update or remove listings on the platform once a product is sold or under agreement elsewhere, ensuring accurate and transparent market information for all users.

How do I post a product listing?
To create a new listing, open the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the GCX platform and select “Submit New Products.” A form will appear where you can enter the product name and choose the appropriate category. Once submitted, your listing will appear for other members to view.
What should I include in my listing?
All product listings must include a valid Certificate of Analysis (COA). We also recommend adding details such as harvest date, moisture levels, terpene profile, and product photos to help your listing stand out and provide buyers with the information they need.
How can I make bids on the platform?
You can submit bids directly through the live online platform, where you can view current market activity in real time. If you need support during the process, your dedicated account representative is available to assist and answer questions.
